My experience at Ocean Acura was truly exceptional, right from the moment I first visited to inquire about a car and spoke with the salesman, Marc. Well, coming from the “old school” of car buying, this was a pleasant surprise. Most of whatever negotiations, if any, were done via the internet and phone. Price and “ad-ons” were agreed to by text, price was set, deal was done. All I can say is, if you like the price, it doesn’t change, you will like this dealership. None of the nonsense you find at most other dealers. Acura of Ocean, good car dealership!

Alex dalman helped with my service. He was Super helpful and responsive to all of my questions, pricing stayed true to verbal quotes. Didn’t force any extra services, made it clear all were optional. Prices for all parts and labor seemed fair to me

I bought a car May 4 noticed on my hood near the windshield the paint was cracked and rough, as this was a loaner car for when other people used it for when there car went in for service. Called the dealership May 15 to have it looked at, less then two weeks of having it. Haven't washed it since i got it. Service CLAIMS it's from bird poop and they won't fix it. I only service my car at Acura of Ocean and personally I get the service I deserve with service advisor , Alex Dalman who I find honest and fair when it comes to vehicle service. he takes the time to explain each service code and happy to answer any questions. Alex has great customer service skills and is very personable. He is very knowledgable and always has a smile too.

I expected to argue about whether they would provide a loaner or not because they had said the service could take a day or two. Although having your car serviced at the dealer can sometimes be costly than a local mechanic, I still prefer to work with Acura of Ocean. I bought my car there, they always provide a loaner vehicle, they often have special deals, and I like having all my service records in one place. In addition, Alex the Service Representative is a pleasure to work with. They also hand wash the car before you pick it up.
