Qualifications and Certification

In order to qualify for their respective CPO programs, all Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicles and Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must be less than six model years old. Acura and Infiniti CPO models both come with a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™ that allows you to inspect the history of the model. However, the Acura program includes an 182-point comprehensive inspection by an Acura certified technician, while the Infiniti CPO models only feature a 167-point inspection.

Coverage

The Acura Certified Pre-Owned Program and Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned Program both provide you with the advantages of emergency roadside assistance, a basic limited warranty, and the option to upgrade to a special extended warranty package. However, Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles come with the remainder of the original 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty, while the powertrain limited warranty on Infiniti models runs out after 6 years/70,000 miles.

Exchange Policy

When you buy a Certified Pre-Owned Acura, you’ll have access to the Three Day Guaranteed Exchange Policy in case you’re not completely satisfied. The Infiniti CPO program doesn’t come with this benefit.
