Their service department does a great job servicing my Acura. The team is professional from the minute you walk in. I waited for my car today, the waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

I’ve leased three cars from them (bought the last one, an RDX, at the end of my lease). The RDX has 121,000 miles on it and needed a little work. Went in for my first service call (the “A1” maintenance) for my 2025 RDX at 5100 miles. Great, seamless experience. Took about 90 minutes. I expect to use them for service going forward, even though I live 30 minutes away.

Wyolkens, one of their team members, spent over an hour meticulously demonstrating every feature of the car; he is truly outstanding Rockstar. The finance department, whose name I regrettably can't recall, was also wonderful, making the process quick and seamless, and they offered me a great deal on tire insurance, which is very important to me. I honestly have no negative feedback regarding this purchase. This is a family-owned business. This is my third Acura, and I can confidently say I will never consider another dealership again. Well, coming from the “old school” of car buying, this was a pleasant surprise. Most of whatever negotiations, if any, were done via the internet and phone. Price and “ad-ons” were agreed to by text, price was set, deal was done. All I can say is, if you like the price, it doesn’t change, you will like this dealership.
